摘要
甲醇合成开工喷射器在开车升温期间,开工升温蒸汽管道振动较大,尤其是开工喷射器,开工喷射器的振动传递到钢结构,造成钢框架的轻微振动,产生了一定的安全隐患。通过分析喷射器的振动原因,然后对管道进行改造,实现了甲醇合成开工喷射器在开车升温时的正常运行。
During the start-up heating period of methanol synthesis unit,vibration of the start-up heating steam pipe is relatively large,especially the start-up injector.The vibration of the start-up injector is transmitted to steel structure,causing slight vibration of the steel frame,which creates certain safety hazards.By analyzing the cause of injector vibration and then retrofitting the pipeline,normal operation of methanol synthesis start-up ejector is realized.
