护生经历床旁抢救内心体验的质性研究

Qualitative study on psychological experience of nursing interns who underwent bedside rescue events

目的了解护理实习生经历床旁抢救后的内心体验.方法2018年9?—12月,对12名在急诊科抢救室经历过床旁抢救事件的护理实习生进行访谈,将获得资料运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行处理.结果提炼出5个主题:新奇和不知所措、有序的抢救工作引发护生对自身价值的思考、因职业认同而产生价值感、扎实的基本功与合理的带教是抢救室实习的基石、对使命感的感知.结论学校和医院应重视护生软技能的培养,提高护生对急救设备的熟悉程度,夯实其基础技能,通过建立标准化急救流程,完善带教工作,以培养护生的急救意识,促进护生融入抢救环境.

Objective To understand the psychological experience of nursing interns who underwent bedside rescue events.Methods:From September to December of 2018,12 nursing interns who underwent bedside rescue events in Rescue Room of Emergency Department were interviewed and data was processed by Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results Totally five themes were extracted:novelty and overwhelming,orderly rescue work caused the nursing interns to think about their own value,the sense of value due to professional identity,solid basic skills and reasonable teaching is the cornerstone of the rescue room internship,and the perception of sense of mission.Conclusions Schools and hospitals should pay attention to the cultivation of soft skills of nursing interns,improve the familiarity of nursing interns with first-aid equipment,consolidate their basic skills,and establish a standardized first-aid process to improve the teaching work to foster first-aid awareness of nursing interns and promote nursing students to integrate into the rescue environment.
