分光光度法测定天然矿泉水中氟的含量

摘要 矿泉水中富含有对人身体健康有益的多种矿物组分和微量元素,长时间的饮用会对人的身体有着重要的生理意义。着重介绍了饮用天然矿泉水中氟含量的测定。通过实验方法原理、分析步骤、以及曲线绘制等方面的阐述,用氟试剂分光光度法测定天然矿泉水中氟的含量,该方法快捷,简便,且灵敏度高,本方法的检出限为0.004mg/L,相对标准偏差小于0.06%,在对水中氟的测定中能取得准确、满意的结果,证明了用该方法测定水中氟化物的含量是准确可靠的。 The mineral water is rich in many mineral constituents and trace elements which are beneficial to human health,and the long-term drinking will have important physiological significance to the human body.The determination of fluorine content in drinking natural mineral water is introduced emphatically.The experimental method principles,analysis step and curve plotting etc.is presented.The fluorine reagent spectrophotometry is used to determine the fluorine content in natural mineral water.The method is quick,simple and sensitive,the detection limit is 0.004mg/L and the relative standard deviation is less than 0.06%.The accurate and satisfactory results can be obtained in the determination of fluorine in water,which prove that the determination of fluoride content in water by this method is accurate and reliable.
