基于水轮发电的管道自驱动测温系统的试验研究

摘要 温度是监视管道工作状态的重要指标之一,但是在管道自驱动测温方面的研究还不充分。基于管道测温方面存在的不足,利用物联网、测温系统、水轮发电机领域的相关知识,设计并制作了一套自驱动测温系统,并对该系统进行了试验研究。通过改变进水压强,测量相应的出水压强、发电电流、电池电压、室内温度等数据,验证其是否能够满足设计要求,并研究该自驱动测温装置的使用条件。 Temperature is one of the important indicators for monitoring the working state of pipelines,but research on pipeline self-driven temperature measurement is still insufficient. Based on the shortcomings of pipeline temperature measurement,this paper designs and fabricates a self-driven temperature measurement system based on the knowledge of the Internet of Things,temperature measurement system and hydro-generator,and conducts experimental research on the system. By changing the water inlet pressure,the corresponding water pressure,power generation current,battery voltage,indoor temperature and other data are measured to verify whether it can meet the design requirements,and the use conditions of the self-driven temperature measuring device are studied.
