摘要
为研究光伏直驱制冷系统夏季供冷性能以及各部件间的匹配特性,构建了光伏逆变后直接驱动变频压缩机运行的制冰供冷系统,并针对系统设计了一套监控平台。监控平台由数据采集仪、PID仪表、智能电表、温度压力传感器以及监控软件等组成。监控软件以TCP/IP、Modbus RTU传输协议为基础,实现了数据采集、数据处理、实时显示、数据存储等功能。经过测试与验证,该平台可稳定监测各个部件的状态,为分布式光伏直驱制冷系统的研究与改进提供有力的依据。
Build a monitoring platform for studying the refrigeration performance of photovoltaic direct drive refrigeration systems and the matching characteristics of various components. The monitoring platform consists of a data acquisition instrument,PID instruments,smart meters,temperature and pressure sensors,and monitoring software. Based on TCP/IP and Modbus RTU transmission protocols,the monitoring software realizes functions such as data acquisition,data processing,real-time display,and data storage. After testing and verification,the platform can stably monitor the status of each component. It provides a basis for the research and improvement of distributed photovoltaic direct drive refrigeration systems.
