知识和资金投入决策下产业技术创新战略联盟合作研发模式研究 被引量:8

Research on the Cooperative R&DMode of Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance under the Decision of Knowledge and Capital Investment

摘要 运用博弈论研究了资金和知识投入对产业技术创新战略联盟合作研发模式的影响,建立并求解了独立研发模式(NS),资金分担模式(CS),共同研发模式(WIS)下的产业技术创新联盟知识和资金投入决策,并通过数值仿真进行决策结果的对比分析。研究表明:NS模式下资金投入和知识投入水平之间呈反向溢出关系,CS和WIS两种合作模式下知识投入水平分别与合资企业资金收益分享率负相关,与合资企业创新收益分享比率正相关;焦点企业最偏好NS模式,合资企业的模式偏好为WIS?CS,产业技术创新战略联盟的模式偏好为WIS?NS?CS。 Game theory is used to study the impact of capital and knowledge input on the cooperative research and development(R&D) model of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance.The decisions of industrial technology innovation alliance knowledge and funds input are founded and solved under three models including independent R&D model(NS),funds-sharing model(CS) and joint R&D model(WIS).Comparative analysis of decision results through numerical simulation shows that:there is a reverse spillover relationship between capital input level and knowledge input level in NS,while the level of knowledge input under CS and WIS is negatively correlated with the sharing rate of capital income of joint ventures,and positively correlated with the sharing rate of innovation income of joint ventures.The most preferred model of focus enterprise is NS,while the joint venture model WIS?CS and industrial technology innovation strategic alliance WIS?NS?CS.
