某工业园区供电系统运营优化模型及仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 以碳交易和绿证交易为代表的能源政策亦不同程度影响净收益水平,为取得经济效益最大化,需合理配置不同能源类型和不同耗能发电机组之间的发电量。通过考虑能源政策,以净收益最大为目标,构建了某园区火电机组单独运营和多能互补运营的经济优化模型,并以碳交易和绿证交易为变动因素,设置了8种情景,采用混沌二进制粒子群算法确定了最优情景。算例分析结果表明,在能源政策影响下,为提升净收益水平,需增加清洁能源出力;结合能源政策,园区供电机组调整出力,净收益增加明显。 Energy policies,such as carbon trading and green certificate trading,affect net income to varying degrees.In order to maximize economic benefits,it is necessary to rationally allocate power generation among different energy types and energy-consuming generators.By considering the energy policy and with the objective of maximizing net income,an economic optimization model of thermal power units’separate operation and multi-energy complementary operation in a certain park is established.Secondly,various scenarios are set up with carbon trading and green certificate trading as changing factors.Finally,an example is analyzed by using chaotic binary particle swarm optimization.The results show that under the influence of energy policies,it is necessary to increase the output of clean energy in order to improve the level of net income;Combined with energy policies,the output of power generation units in industrial parks has been adjusted,and the net income has also increased significantly.
