摘要
利用大气暴晒试验,辅以SEM、XRD和电化学工作站研究了经表面锈层稳定化处理剂涂覆后耐候钢的耐大气腐蚀性能。结果表明,开发的表面锈层稳定化处理剂能够降低耐候钢的初期腐蚀速率,避免了耐候钢淌黄锈现象。表面处理剂可以提高耐候钢锈层致密性,提高锈层的电化学保护性能,促进锈层中γ-FeOOH向α-FeOOH的转变,加速了锈层稳定化。
For the weathering steels coated with a rust stabilizer on rustable surfaces,their atmospheric corrosion-resisting properties were investigated by carrying out an atmospheric exposure test and by employing SEM,XRD and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the surface rust stabilizer is available to minimize the initial corrosion rates so as to prevent the occurrence of yellow rusts to weathering steel surface.The surface rust stabilizer is capable to improve the dense and the electrochemical protection for rustable surface layers,promote the transformation ofγ-FeOOH toα-FeOOH and accelerate the stabilization of rustable layer of weathering steels.
