摘要
本文通过铸坯低倍酸洗、铸坯钻孔碳成分检测以及铸坯原位分析,对湘钢炼钢厂2^#铸机ML20MnTiB钢种的二冷比水量和末端电搅电流参数优化后,铸坯低倍组织等轴晶区比例扩大,元素偏析程度降低,明显改善了该钢种的低倍质量,最终材上带状组织级别由3.5~4级下降至2.5级以内。
In this article,the acid-etched macrostructure examination,the hole-bored carbon component examination and the original position analysis were carried out on the ML20 MnTiB steel billets casted on 2^#Continuous Casting Machine of XISC,and according to those test and analysis,the optimization was implemented for the specific parameters of the secondary cooling water flow ratios and the F-EMS currents.After the above modification done,the equiaxed grain zone macrostructures were enlarged and the element segregations were minimized,which has significantly improved the quality of ML20MnTiB steel macrostructures,so that eventually the levels for material banded-structures may be minimally rated from the existed level 3.5 and 4 to the level 2.5.
