摘要
利用ABAQUS有限元软件,本文模拟了预穿水时螺纹钢的温度场变化,研究了预穿水对螺纹钢温度场的影响规律,为冷却设备的合理布置提供了数据支撑。结果表明,随着预穿水时对流换热系数从5907 W/m/m/℃增加到10869 W/m/m/℃,36.7 m预穿水&空冷长度对应的表面温度没有明显变化,而且其表面与心部温差在41~37℃之间变化。预穿水设备投入后,实际测量温度与模型计算温度相吻合,这说明本文的预穿水模型具有较好的指导作用。
In the paper,the cooling process of rebars prior to finish rolling was simulated on the basis of ABAQUS software,and the effects of such cooling process on temperature field were studied,which would provides an useful data for improving the rebar manufacturing line.The results showed that:when the water-cooling and air-cooling were 36.7 m in total length,the surface temperatures of rebars changed little with an increase of 5907 W/m/m/℃ by 10869 W/m/m/℃ of convection transfer rates,and the temperature differences between the surface and the core of rebars ranged between 41℃ and 37℃.The calculated temperatures are agreeable with the measured ones since the water cooling equipment into operation,which has proved that the water cooling modeling here is guidable.
