跨产业合作模式对创新绩效影响的实证检验

An Empirical Test of Impact of Cross-industry Cooperation Mode on Innovation Performance

基于相关理论回顾,文章提出了与文创产业建立跨产业正式和非正式合作模式影响制造业企业创新绩效以及知识异质性来源和吸收能力对此影响产生调节作用的理论假设。实证结果表明:正式和非正式合作模式对创新绩效都产生积极而显著的影响;知识异质性对正式和非正式合作模式与创新绩效间关系的调节作用也是积极而显著的,但吸收能力对正式和非正式合作模式与创新绩效间关系的调节作用并不显著。最后,针对实现跨产业合作多元化、提升合作企业创新绩效提出了建议和启示。

Based on the review of relevant theory, this paper proposes a theoretical hypothesis that establishing a cross-industry formal and informal cooperation mode with cultural and creative industry influences the innovation performance of manufacturing enterprises, and sources of knowledge heterogeneity and absorptive capacity have a regulating effect on this effect. The empirical results show that formal and informal cooperation modes have positive and significant effects on innovation performance;knowledge heterogeneity also plays a positive and significant role in regulating the relationship between formal and informal cooperation modes and innovation performance, but the effect of absorptive capacity on the relationship between formal and informal cooperation mode and innovation performance is not significant. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions and inspirations for realizing the diversification of cross-industry cooperation and improving the innovation performance of cooperative enterprises.
