香港科技大学内部治理体系探析

On the Internal Governance System of HKUST

The university internal governance system was an important factor to determine the efficiency of school-running and cultivation. Analyzing the relationship between the governance structure of Hong Kong University of Science and Technology(HKUST), institutional norms and world-class university construction, it’s found that being a world-class university attributed to its internal governance system focused on the system design, joint governance, professional governance, decentralization and co-governance. As the typical representative of new university with outstanding reputation, the internal governance experience of HKUST was of great enlightening value to the world-class university construction.
