方言区师范生普通话培训与职业技能调查研究——以渭南师范学院方言区师范生普通话培训为例

Analysis of the Relation between Putonghua Training and Teachers’ Professional Ability for Normal University Students in the Dialect Areas, Taking the Students in Weinan Normal University as an Example

摘要 普通话水平是影响方言区师范生专业技能发展的关键因素。通过对普通话培训前后各项数 据的对比分析研究发现:方言区师范生普通话水平较差,职业能力得分也较低;方言区师范生普通话成绩 和职业能力成绩之间呈较显著的正相关。对于方言区师范生普通话听说读写的一系列专门训练,可以较 为有效地提升他们的教师职业能力。 Putonghua level is the key factor affecting the professional skills of normal university students in the dialect areas.On the basis of analyzing the data before and after the Putonghua training,some findings have been revealed.Firstly,Putonghua level of the normal university students in the dialect areas is very poor and their professional ability is low;secondly the grades of Putonghua achievement test of those students are closely related to their professional ability achievement;finally teachers*professional ability can be effectively improved by special practice of Putonghua in listening,speaking,reading and writing.
