仙鹤草提取物对饲料中亚硝酸盐的清除作用

Scavenging effect of Agrimonia pilosa extract on nitrite in feed

为研究仙鹤草提取物对饲料中亚硝酸盐的清除作用,本试验通过超声提取工艺制备仙鹤草提取物,采用分光光度法测定其对亚硝酸盐的清除率。结果表明:提取物浓度和作用时间与清除率均符合良好的对数曲线关系。在体外模拟胃液条件下,10 mg/mL的仙鹤草提取物与亚硝酸盐反应30 min,清除率为95.37%。仙鹤草提取物对4种饲料中亚硝酸盐的清除率均在27%以上,证明其可在一定程度上降低饲料中亚硝酸盐的残留量。相比直接清除反应,仙鹤草提取物对饲料中亚硝酸盐的清除作用明显变弱。

In order to study the scavenging effect of the extract of Agrimonia pilosa on the nitrite in the feed,the extract of Agrimonia pilosa was prepared by ultrasonic extraction,and the clearance rate of nitrite was determined by spectrophotometry.The results showed that there was a good logarithmic curve relationship between the extract concentration and the reaction time versus the clearance rate.Under simulated gastric juice conditions in vitro,10 mg/mL of Agrimony pilosa extract was reacted with nitrite for 30 min,and the clearance rate was 95.37%.The clearance rate of the extract on the four feeds was above 27%,which proved that it could reduce the residual nitrite in the product to a certain extent.Compared with the direct scavenging reaction,the scavenging effect of the extract on nitrite in feed was significantly weaker.
