摘要
葡萄渣营养价值丰富,本文就葡萄残渣及其提取物的营养成分及在草食家畜的应用方面进行了综述,为进一步合理利用葡萄残渣及其提取物作为草食家畜饲料提供理论基础。
The nutritional value of grape pomace and its extract after brewing wine is rich in herbivores.In this paper,the nutritional content of grape pomace and its extract,and its application in herbivorous livestock were reviewed and summarized,which provide a theoretical basis for further rational use as of grape residue and its extract as feed for herbivores livestock.
