肿瘤c-Met靶向分子成像探针的研发、制备与应用进展

摘要 肝细胞生长因子受体(cellular-mesenchymal to epithelial transition factor,c-Met)在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,c-Met的表达水平和活化状态与肿瘤治疗及临床预后密切相关,因此对c-Met表达的评估显得十分重要。分子成像可以实时和在体监测c-Met分子水平的异常改变。近年来伴随着新型c-Met靶向分子成像探针的不断研发并投入临床前及临床研究,肿瘤c-Met分子成像研究已取得了显著进展。每种分子探针都有其不同的来源、结构、合成方案以及各异的性能,而这些又是影响分子成像研究结果的关键所在。本文将重点从前体来源、探针设计及修饰原理、探针合成方法、理化性质表征以及性能评估等方面对c-Met分子探针进行系统阐述,以期有利于c-Met分子探针的研发,进而促进肿瘤c-Met分子成像研究的发展。
