网络应用项目工作室高技能人才培养模式是人才培养模式一种新的探索与实践。该模式以培养学生自主学习能力、开发实践能力、团队协作能力为目标,采取项目工作室全程导学制,综合课堂教学、学生自主学习与项目实训管理相结合,课程教学与项目实训方式交互进行,实现人才培养与就业的无缝对接。

The highly skilled personnel training mode in Network Application Project Office is a new exploration and practice.This model aims at cultivating students'self-learning ability,developing practical ability and teamwork ability.It adopts the whole-process tutorial system of project studio,integrates classroom teaching,students'self-learning and project practice management,and interacts with course teaching and project training,so as to realize seamless connection between personnel training and employment.
