摘要 随着人工智能、云计算、大数据、虚拟化等技术的发展和成熟,未来运营商网络架构和运维模式将因此发生巨大变革,尤其是人工智能基于大数据和深度学习算法,在网络运维上必然会显出它无可比拟的优势。重点从通信领域的网络运维角度,解析人工智能在替代密集型维护方式、降低网络运维成本、创新维护手段等方面的作用和影响,并探讨通过人工智能降低运维难度、提升运维效率和网络质量的方式方法。 With the development and maturity of AI,cloud computing,big data,virtualization and other technologies,great changes will take place in the network architecture and OAM mode in the future.Especially,AI based on big data and deep learning algorithm will inevitably show its incomparable advantages in network operation and maintenance.From the view of OAM in the field of communication,this paper analyzes the role and influence of AI in replacing intensive maintenance mode,reducing maintenance cost and innovating maintenance means,and explores ways of reducing maintenance difficulty,improving maintenance efficiency and network quality.
