摘要
为使大学生方程式赛车更好地满足大赛规则对于踏板总成的要求,对其进行设计及改进.整个设计考虑到安全性、总成质量以及人机工程学等方面的要求,采用有限元分析软件对制动踏板以及底板的强度进行分析,并改进设计.经实车验证,设计的踏板总成装置能够实现相应的功能并符合大赛规则的要求,实现设计的预设目标.
In order to better meet the requirements of competition rules for pedal assembly,the design and improvement of formula student racing cars were carried out.Considering the requirements of safety,assembly quality and ergonomics,the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the strength of brake pedal and bottom plate,and improve the design.It was proved by real car that the designed pedal assembly can realize the corresponding function and meet the requirements of the competition rules,and realize the preset goal of the design.
