我国烟气轮机的发展和两相流气动设计及冲蚀预测研究

摘要 介绍了我国能量回收烟气轮机技术和产品的发展必要性以及气动设计难点,对支持先进产品研发所完成的几项应用研究的主要内容和成果进行论述,如:气固二相流叶轮机械气动设计方法与软件的创新,流道内磨损现象和磨损率的数值预测计算方法,分析提出二次磨损机理和防止措施等.最后介绍近期成功研发投运的大焓降、高膨胀比、全跨声速、大功率烟气轮机气动设计的特点和效果. The need of particle-laden gas turbines used in national refinery industry for energy recovery and aerodynamic design difficulties were introduced.The main achievements and the scientific research results were described,including improved aerodynamic design method and software for gas-solid two phase flow turbo-machinery,the numerical prediction of the particle erosion and erosion rate on the blades,the proved mechanism of secondary erosion during operation,etc.Finally,the design features and effects of recently put into operation of particle-laden gas turbine with high expansion ratio,large enthalpy drop and full transonic big power was recommended.
