海绵城市智慧管控平台运维经验总结——以长沙市望城区为例

海绵城市建设是党和国家建设生态文明、美丽中国的大力举措,是国家"十三五"城市建设的重点任务。望城区海绵城市的建设,以在线监测数据为核心,以管控平台为工具,建立可评估、可追溯的海绵城市一体化管控考核体系。通过对硬件设备和软件平台的科学维护,保证在线数据的产生、传输和展示的有效性和持续性,实现海绵城市建设效果的可视化、全方位展示,支撑海绵城市试点建设综合管理。

Sponge city construction is a vigorous measure taken by the Party and the state to build ecological civilization and beautiful China,and is the key task of the national"13 th Five-Year Plan"urban construction.The construction of sponge city in Wangcheng District takes online monitoring data as the core and management and control platform as the tool to establish an integrated management and control assessment system of sponge city which can be evaluated and traced.Through scientific maintenance of hardware equipment and software platform,we can ensure the validity and sustainability of online data generation,transmission and display,realize the visualization and all-round display of sponge city construction effect,and support the comprehensive management of sponge city pilot construction.
