摘要
随着城市水体水环境的不断恶化,基于流域的水环境综合管理作为逐渐成为水环境提升工作的方向。以武汉市南湖流域市环境综合治理为例,提出流域智慧管理系统的设计思路。以大量的基础静态数据和监测动态数据为基础,结合数据分析和模型模拟,为流域管理中的规划、设计、建设和运营提供科学决策依据。
With the continuous deterioration of the water environment in urban waters,the integrated management of water environment based on river basins has gradually become the direction of water environment improvement.Taking the comprehensive environmental management of Nanhu River Basin in Wuhan as an example,the design idea of the river basin wisdom management system is proposed.Based on a large number of basic static data and monitoring dynamic data,combined with data analysis and model simulation,it provides scientific decision-making basis for planning,design,construction and operation in watershed management.
