城市黑臭水体综合治理及长效性思路探讨

城市黑臭水体已成为影响群众生产生活的突出水环境问题,黑臭水体治理已成为改善城市人居环境工作的重要内容,本文介绍了我国城市黑臭水体现状,从城市污水管网老旧、城市污染物未得到妥善处理、有机物排放及底泥淤积、城市水动力不足等方面分析了黑臭水体成因,提出黑臭水体长效性治理思路,并针对这一思路提出了黑臭水体的一些治理方法,包括控源截污、内部污染源治理、水质净化、活水循环、面源控制、生态修复,以供参考。

The black and odorous water in cities has becoming a prominent water environment problem which has been affecting people’s production and life,so the treatment of black and odorous water has become an important part of improving urban living environment.This paper introduces the present situation of black and odorous water in Chinese cities,and analyses the causes of black and odorous water from the aspects of old urban pipeline network,imperfect treated of urban pollutants,organic pollutants discharge and sediment deposition,and insufficient hydrodynamics in cities.This paper also puts forward durative treatment scheme of black and odorous water,and to be aimed at this scheme,the writer propose some control methods as reference resources,including controlling source pollutants,treatment of internal pollution sources,water purification,living water recycling,non-point source pollution control,ecological restoration.
