雄黄乳膏的制备和治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

Preparation of Realgar Cream and Its Therapeutic Effect on Herpes Zoster

目的制备雄黄乳膏,观察其治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将雄黄利用水飞法进行炮制,采用乳剂型基质制成O/W型乳膏剂;以阿昔洛韦乳膏为对照组,共治疗带状疱疹患者200例,观察其临床疗效。结果雄黄乳膏制备工艺和质量控制方法可行;雄黄乳膏组临床观察总有效率为93%,起效时间和治愈时间较短,不良反应少,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论雄黄乳膏制剂工艺科学合理,使用方便,疗效比阿昔洛韦更优,不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To prepare realgar cream and observe its clinical efficacy in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods Realgar was processed by water flight method and O/W cream was prepared by using emulsion matrix. In total,200 patients with herpes zoster treated with acyclovir cream was control group,and its clinical efficacy was observed. Results The preparation technology and quality control method of realgar cream were feasible. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in realgar cream group was 99%,the onset time and cure time were shorter,and the adverse reactions were less,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The technology of realgar cream preparation is scientific and reasonable. It is convenient to use and is better in efficacy than acyclovir. It has less adverse reactions,so it is worthy of clinical application.
