摘要
患者女,68岁。左手中指指腹端反复糜烂、渗出、结痂伴有疼痛3年余。曾误诊为湿疹,外用激素药膏、他克莫司等治疗,皮损面积渐扩大。组织病理符合疱疹病毒感染改变。诊断:疱疹性瘭疽。给予伐昔洛韦口服治疗40天,皮损基本愈合。随访3月未复发。
An 68-year-old woman presented repeating skin lesions of erosion,exudation and scab with pain on the left middle finger for more than three years.She had been misdiagnosed as eczema and was treated with hormone and tacrolimus ointment.The skin lesion became aggrarated gradually.The pathological features were in accordance with the diagnosis of herpetic whitlow.The diagnosis was made as herpetic whitlow.After valaciclovir(vcv)was given to for 40 days,her skin lesion was cured and had no recurrence in the follow up of 3 months.
