我国粮食种植类家庭农场的适度经营规模研究

A STUDY OF MODERATE SCALE MANAGEMENT OF GRAIN-GROWING FAMILY FARMS IN CHINA

利用对武汉市和郎溪县504户家庭农场的调查数据,从家庭农场获得的农业经营性收入角度,测算了粮食种植类家庭农场的土地适度经营规模。研究发现:粮食种植类家庭农场的经营规模大多处于6.67—33.3公顷之间,平均土地经营规模为27.1公顷,只达到了拟合最优规模的十分之一。提高农场主的个人素质、降低土地细碎化程度、加入农业合作社以及增加家庭非农业收入,是提高家庭农场农业经营收入的有效途径。完善土地流转政策,因地制宜确定家庭农场规模,率先将家庭农场经营者培育成新型职业农民等,可以促进家庭农场适度规模经营,提高农民收入。

A survey of 504 family farms is carried out in Wuhan City and Langxi County,so as to measure the moderate scale management of grain-growing family farms from the perspective of agricultural management income.The results show that the management scales of grain-growing family farms are mostly between 100 and 500 mu,with the average land scale 406 mu,which is only one tenth of the optimal scale.There are effective ways to increase the agricultural management income,for instance,by improving the personal competence of farmers,reducing land fragmentation,joining the agricultural cooperatives,and increasing family non-agricultural income.In order to promote the moderate scale management and boost farmers’income,some countermeasures are proposed,including the land transfer policy,optimization of the scale of family farms according to local conditions,and the training of new professional farmers.
