全面从严治党背景下加强大学生党员教育管理的探析

ON STRENGTHENING THE EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT OF COLLEGE STUDENT PARTY MEMBERS IN THE CONTEXT OF PARTY SELF-GOVERNANCE EXERCISED FULLY AND WITH RIGOR

高校学生党员是高校的骨干力量,大学生党员的培养质量,关系着国家的前途和命运。结合“全面从严治党”的战略要求,阐述了全面从严治党背景下加强大学生党员教育管理的重要意义,分析了大学生党员教育管理存在的不足,指出高校应落实全面从严治党,通过强化“四种教育管理力量”、完善“三级培训体系”、传统与新型“两种教育模式”的有效结合、健全监督激励这“一机制”等,不断提高大学生党员教育管理水平。

College student Party members are the mainstays in colleges and universities.The quality of college student Party members affects the future of China.Under the strategy of Seeing Party Self-governance Exercised Fully and with Rigor,the importance of strengthening the education and management of college student Party members is emphasized.Then the shortcomings of the education and management are examined so as to propose some advice for future improvement.For example,colleges and universities should strengthen four kinds of educational management forces,improve three-tier training system,combine traditional and new education modes,and complete the supervision and incentive mechanisms.
