呼包鄂城市群产业结构演进与经济增长关系研究

Study on the Relationship between the Evolution of Industrial Structure and Economic Growth in Hubao-E Urban Agglomeration

基于产业结构的演进规律及其与经济增长关系的基本理论,采用内蒙古自治区2001—2018年产业统计数据,计算偏离份额变化量和产业结构转换系数,揭示呼包鄂城市群产业结构的演变特征及其对经济增长的影响。研究表明:产业结构演进合理,呼和浩特市、包头市产业结构呈现高级化,而鄂尔多斯市第二产业所占比重过大,产业结构演进相对滞后;产业转型大体上呈现加速转型态势并具有明显的周期性;第三产业已成为经济增长的主导力量,而第二产业、第一产业在国民经济中的作用萎缩。

Based on the evolution law of industrial structure and the basic theory of its relationship with economic growth,the variation of deviation share and the transformation coefficient of industrial structure are calculated by using the industrial statistical data of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from 2001 to 2018.Reveal the evolution characteristics of industrial structure of Hubao-E urban agglomeration and its influence on economic growth.The results show that:the evolution of industrial structure is reasonable,the industrial structure of Hohhot and Baotou is advanced,while the proportion of secondary industry in Ordos is too large,and the evolution of industrial structure lags behind;the industrial transformation generally shows the trend of accelerated transformation and has obvious periodicity.The tertiary industry has become the leading force of economic growth,followed by the secondary industry,and the role of the primary industry in the national economy has shrunk.
