社区营造视野下乡村文化振兴的内生逻辑——以佛山市鹭洲村为例

The Endogenous Logic of Rural Cultural Revitalization from the Perspective of Community Building——In Luzhou Village of FoShan as an Example

近年来,为加快推进农业农村现代化,中国大陆许多地方借鉴台湾地区倡导的“以人为本”的社区营造理念来振兴乡村文化。通过对佛山市顺德区乐从镇鹭洲村文化振兴实践过程的观察与分析,发现中国农村地区的文化振兴与社区营造相融合具有一些值得考察的内生逻辑。第一,从阶段上看,乡村文化与社区营造相融合经历了政府引导、NGO辅助、村民参与三个阶段;第二,从动力上看,“构建村民精神家园”是乡村文化与社区营造融合的推动力;第三,从局限上看,传统文化与公民文化衔接的困境是乡村文化与社区营造融合的主要问题。根据上述分析,归纳总结出现阶段中国乡村社区文化营造不是日本、台湾地区社区营造的投射,而是具有中国乡村特有的路径与特征的文化建设。

In recent years,in order to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,many places in China's Mainland have learned from the"people-oriented"concept of community building advocated by China’s Taiwan to revitalize rural culture. Through the observation and analysis of the practice process of cultural revitalization in Luzhou village,Lecong town,Shunde district,Foshan city,we find that the integration of cultural revitalization and community building in Chian’s rural areas has some internal logic worthy of investigation. First,from the perspective of stage,the integration of rural culture and community building has gone through three stages: government guidance,NGO assistance and villagers’ participation. Secondly,from the perspective of motivation,"building villagers’ spiritual homeland"is the driving force to create integration of rural culture and community. Thirdly,from the perspective of limitation,the dilemma of the convergence of traditional culture and citizen culture is the main issue of the integration of rural culture and community. Based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the cultural construction of Chinese rural communities at the emergence stage is not a projection of the community construction in Japan and China’s Taiwan,but is the cultural construction of the unique path and characteristics of Chinese villages.
