黑恶势力的存在对中国特色社会主义的法治建设、经济活动、人民生活产生了严重的不良影响,干扰社会主义秩序的和谐与稳定。2018年,中共中央、国务院下发《关于开展扫黑除恶斗争的通知》,习近平总书记在中央政法工作会议上对扫黑除恶工作进行了着重强调部署。回顾中国历史,扫黑除恶运动有着历史和文化的渊源。在中国特色社会主义的视野下追溯传统扫黑除恶的法治与实践,能弘扬中华民族传统法律文化,并为扫黑除恶专项斗争提供经验借鉴。

In 2018,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued a three-year notice on the special work on the Cracking down the Black and Evil Forces.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized the arrangement of Cracking down the Black and Evil Forces at the Central Political and Legal Work Conference.Looking back at the Chinese tradition,the special campaign to eliminate evil has historical and cultural origins.Tracing the traditional legal system and practice of sweeping the black and removing evil under the vision of Chinese characteristicism,it can carry forward the traditional Chinese legal culture and provide experience for the special campaign to eliminate evil.
