摘要
开展教学质量评价有助于掌握教师教学情况,有针对性地对教学质量进行改进。以学生评价为主体,构建教师教学质量评价模型,用于L职业大学2018—2019学年第二学期末学生对七大类课程的评教。运用熵权法计算七大类课程评价结果与理想解之间的距离和贴近度,根据贴近度的大小对各类课程的教师教学质量进行排序。结果表明:从学生评价的角度,在各课程类型中,普通课教师群体教学质量整体良好,思政课教师群体教学质量不理想。
Carrying out the evaluation of teaching quality is helpful to grasp the teaching situation of teachers and improve the quality of teaching in a targeted manner.Take the student evaluation as the main body and constructs the teacher teaching quality evaluation model.It is used for the evaluation of the seven major courses at the end of the second semester of the L vocational college in the 2018-2019 school year.The entropy weight method is used to calculate the evaluation results and ideals of the seven major courses.The distance between the solutions and the closeness,sort the quality of the teachers in each course according to the closeness.The results show that from the perspective of student evaluation,the quality of the teaching of the general class teachers is better in each course type,and the quality of the teachers in the ideological and political class is not ideal.
