摘要
高职数学在高职教育中既是一门基础学科,也是一门工具学科。高职院校数学教师的教育教学能力与相关专业的人才培养质量及专业课的教学质量密切相关。因此,高职院校数学教师的专业成长直接影响高职院校的发展水平和学生的培养质量。通过对高职院校数学教师的专业成长现状与成因进行分析,提出相应的对策措施,为高职院校数学教师的成长提供参考。
Mathematics in higher vocational education is not only a basic subject,but also a tool subject.The teaching ability of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges is closely related to the training quality of personnel and the teaching quality of professional courses in the relevant majors.Therefore,the professional growth of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges directly affects the development level of higher vocational colleges and the training quality of students.Through the analysis of the current situation and causes of the professional growth of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges,put forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide a reference for the professional growth of mathematics teachers in higher vocational colleges.
