近年来,玉溪市城市化进程不断加速,取得一系列重要进展,但还存在城镇化整体水平偏低、城镇产业支撑能力不足、农业转移人口市民化难度大等问题。为此,需要优化城镇布局形态,推动产业现代化,降低农业转移人口市民化成本,创新社会治理,完善城乡融合发展体制机制,构建以人为本的高质量新型城镇化体系。

In recent years,the process of urbanization in Yuxi City has been accelerating and a series of important progress has been made,but there are still some problems,such as the overall level of urbanization is on the low side,the supporting capacity of urban industry is insufficient,and the urbanization of agricultural transfer population is difficult.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the layout of cities and towns,promote industrial modernization,reduce the cost of agricultural transfer population,innovate social governance,perfect the system and mechanism of urban and rural integration and development,and construct a people-oriented new urbanization system.
