摘要
本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法对自发性群众体育群体中领导者荣誉需要和利他行为的关系进行了理论和实证研究,研究结果显示:荣誉需要是领导者持续利他行为的主要动因之一,能够激励领导者耐心的指导成员活动,向成员传授规范、优美的技术动作,甚至通过各种途径提高自身的组织管理能力,经常性的赞扬成员、选择适合活动的着装,规范了群众体育活动的内容,提高了成员参与活动的积极性。
Through the literature material method,interview method,and mathematical statistics method,this article makes theoretical and practical research on the relationship between honor needs and altruistic behavior of spontaneous mass sports leaders.The results show that:honor need is one of the main motivations of altruistic behavior for leaders,which could inspire their patient guidance in delivering formal and beautiful skills,and even improve their own management abilities.Frequent praising the members and selecting proper clothes could standardize the content of mass sport activities,and improve involvement of the members.
