摘要
本文通过高中健美操选项课教学对参与课程的50名学生情况进行研究和对比,运用调查问卷法、实验研究法、数据统计法等研究方法,对健美操选修课学生的时间、频率和强度进行为期12周的实验干预。结果表明,在示范性高中开设健美操选项课可以提高学生体能水平并对其产生积极性影响。在平衡能力和柔韧性方面存在显著性差异,其中柔韧性存在非常显著性差异。
Through the teaching of aerobics optional course in senior high school,the situation of 50 students participating in the course was studied and compared.The time,frequency and intensity of aerobics optional course students were intervened for 12 weeks by means of questionnaires,experimental research and data statistics.The results show that setting up aerobics optional course in demonstration high school can improve students'physical fitness level and have a positive impact on it.There are significant differences in balance ability and flexibility,and the differences in flexibility are significant.
