基于窄而深内档铣削的扁长型焊接带式角铣头设计

摘要 机械加工中经常遇到窄而深的内档表面,机床标配铣头往往因其外形几何尺寸限制不是进不去就是够不着而无法实现加工。为此从继承与创新并举出发,采用钢结构+带传动方式,设计出扁而长的专用角铣头。在结构紧凑、强度、刚性和动力上做到兼顾,能在狭小的操作空间内完成内档表面的铣削工作。在RAPID5φ160数控镗床上,铣削开档尺寸244 mm深530 mm两端面获得成功。还可通过连接板可与不同数控机床相连,可广泛用于各类带滑枕的铣床和镗床上。 In machining,a narrow and deep internal surface is often encountered,and the machine tool standard milling head is often unable to achieve machining due to its geometrical size limitation.Based on the combination of inheritance and innovation,this paper adopts steel structure+belt drive to design a special-purpose Angle milling head.In the compact structure,strength,rigidity and power,it can finish the milling of internal surface in a small operation space.In RAPID5?160 nc boring machine,milling open files size 244 mm to 530 mm deep two end success.It can also be connected with different nc machine tools through the connection plate,which can be widely used in all kinds of milling machines and boring machines with sliding pillows.
