定距螺旋桨切削参数优化试验研究

摘要 螺旋桨是飞机、轮船的重要动力推进装置,其桨叶表面加工质量是降低噪音和提高使用寿命的基础。为了提高切削加工效率及零件表面质量,采用不同切削参数设置进行镍铝青铜合金螺旋桨铣削加工试验,对比分析不同切削加工参数下切削力和加工表面粗糙度变化,得出进给量对表面加工质量影响最大,其次分别为切削速度和背吃刀量。因此,综合考虑加工效率和零件表面加工质量等因素,在粗加工、半精加工阶段可采用较小进给量、较大切削速度和背吃刀量的工艺参数设置;而在精加工阶段则可采用小进给量和背吃刀量、较大切削速度的参数设置,并最终通过实验验证工艺参数设置的合理性。 Propeller is an important propulsion device for aircraft and ships.The surface quality of propeller blade is the basis of reducing noise and improving service life.In order to improve the cutting efficiency and the surface quality of parts,the milling experiments of Ni-Al-bronze alloy propeller were carried out with different cutting parameters.The cutting force and the surface roughness were compared and analyzed under different cutting parameters.It was concluded that the feed rate had the greatest influence on the surface quality,followed by the cutting speed and the cutting depth.Therefore,considering the factors such as machining efficiency and surface quality of parts,it is suggested to adopt the parameter settings of small feed,large cutting speed and cutting depth in roughing and semi-finishing stages,and to adopt the parameter settings of small feed and cutting depth,while large cutting speed in finishing stages.Finally,the rationality of parameter setting is verified by experiments.
