摘要
针对发动机装配过程中出现的火花塞孔密封性失效问题,开展系统的根本原因分析,结合火花塞装配拧紧过程及失效发动机拧紧过程信息,确认了火花塞拧紧过程出现的垫片卡滞与火花塞孔密封性失效的因果关系。同时基于该根本原因分析结果和装配过程节拍需求,综合完成火花塞拧紧三阶段过程的拧紧参数优化,系统有效地预防了火花塞垫片卡滞情况的发生,解决了火花塞孔密封性失效的问题,在降低生产线返工成本的同时,提高了发动机装配一次性合格率。
In terms of the spark plug hole sealing leakage in engine assembly process,root cause has been deeply dived combined with spark plug tightening process and all failure engines tightening information.Finally the connection between the deformed spark plug sealing ring during tightening process and spark plug leakage has been confirmed as root cause.At the same time,in order to solve this issue,the 3 phase tightening parameters has been optimized to prevent more deformed sealing ring failure and leakage rate.Finally the issue has been solved to reduce the cost and the efficiency has also been improved.
