摘要
文章讨论了针对FANUC 0 i-TD系统一种刀具磨损偏置当量手动按钮输入的控制方法和应用实例。分析了刀具磨损偏置当量手动按钮输入的控制方案,给出了相关的数控系统硬件PMC I/O信号表。根据具体控制要求,阐述了刀具磨损偏置当量手动按钮输入控制的PMC程序流程图,给出了部分控制梯形图和实际效果图。同时也提出了刀具位置补偿功能在未来应用中的发展方向。
The rational use of tool position compensation function is a very important compensation method for NC machining machine tools.This paper discusses the control method and application examples of a tool wear offset equivalent manual button input for FANUC 0 i-TD system.The control scheme of tool wear offset equivalent manual button input is analyzed,and the related PMC I/O signal table of NC system hardware is given.According to the specific control requirements,the PMC program flow chart of tool wear offset equivalent manual button input control is described,and the partial control trapezoid diagram and actual effect diagram are given.At the same time,the development direction of tool position compensation function in the future application is also put forward.
