大数据时代国土资源“一张图”的构建

The Construction of Land Resource “One Map” in the Era of Big Data

随着国土业务的不断发展和技术进步,国土资源数据已逐渐发展成为国土资源大数据,并且成为国家大数据发展战略的重要部分。本文基于大数据的背景,以浙江省A县为例,系统分析了当前国土资源“一张图”构建面临的新形势和新挑战,利用数据库管理、大数据、云计算、虚拟化等技术构建了国土资源“一张图”,统筹整合海量数据、基础设施,建设管理及服务系统,提供国土综合监管及业务专题服务,推进国土资源系统信息化建设,推动多级部门联动审批,加强大数据、大规划的深度融合,更好地实现国土空间规划。

With the business development and technological progress of the land,the land data has become land big data.Land resource big data has becomes an important part of the national big data development strategy.Based on the background of big data,this paper takes a county in Zhejiang province as an example,analyzes the situation and challenges faced by the construction of land resources systematically.With the help of database management,big data,cloud computing,virtualization and other technologies to build a“one map”of land resources.Through integrating the massive data,infrastructure and management and service system construction and providing comprehensive supervision and business special services to promote the informatization construction of land resourceing systems,promote multi-level department linkage approval,and strengthen the deep integration of big data and large planning,in order to achieve better land spatial planning.
