摘要 生活污水、农田排水及含氮工业废水直接进入水体后,使水体中有机氮和无机氮含量大幅增加,与磷类物质一起引起水体富营养化,导致水体异味甚至恶臭;渗入地下,引起地下饮用水亚硝酸根离子含量剧增,诱发该地人群癌症多发。总氮是衡量水体的重要指标之一,因此总氮的准确分析,显得尤为重要。就水质分析中总氮测定的常见问题及解决办法,结合实践工作经验展开具体阐述。 The concentrations of organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen increase greatly after the sewage, farmland drainage and nitrogen-containing industrial wastewater enter the surface water, together with the phosphorus material, which will result in water eutrophication and alienation of water odor. There will be a sharp increase of nitrite ions in underground drinking water when wastewater in filtrates into soil,therefore leading to the high incidence of cancer in local inhabitants. As one of the important indexes to assessement of water quality , the accurate analysis of total nitrogen is very important. In this paper, some problems and solutions of total nitrogen determination in water quality analysis, combined with practical work experience are elaborated .
