摘要
某园区内磷系阻燃剂化工废水总磷含量高,盐分较高,废水中成分具有很强的生物抑制性,可生化性差,因此采用物化-生化耦合工艺,"气浮+调节池+臭氧+絮凝沉淀+水解酸化+A2/O+沉淀池+臭氧+清水池"组合工艺处理,最终实现出水COD≤300mg/L,TP≤6mg/L,氨氮<25mg/L。
In a park,the phosphorus flame retardant chemical wastewater has high total phosphorus content,high salt content,strong biological inhibition and poor biodegradability.Therefore,the physical-chemical biochemical coupling process is adopted,"air flotation+regulating pool+ozone+flocculation sedimentation+hydrolysis acidi fication+A2/O+sedimentation pool+ozone+clean water pool"combined process is adopted for treatment,and the final ef fluent COD≤300mg/L,TP≤6mg/L,ammonia nitrogen<25mg/L.
