燃煤电厂锅炉氧量测量优化的研究与应用

摘要 通过理论计算、数值模拟与现场测试结果相互比对方法,对滕州公司3#HG-1065/17.5-YM1型亚临界一次中间再热控制循环汽包炉的烟气流场进行模拟研究,优化测点布置,并采用网格法多点测量装置测量氧量,指导现有电厂氧量测量,为电厂氧量准确测量提供依据。 Through theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and comparison of field test results, the flue gas flow field of 3 × hg- 1065 / 17.5-ym1 subcritical primary reheat controlled circulating drum furnace of Tengzhou company is simulated and studied, the layout of measurement points is optimized, and the grid method and multi-point measurement device are used to measure the oxygen content, so as to guide the oxygen content measurement of existing power plants and provide basis for accurate oxygen content measurement of power plants.
