This paper introduces the types of bioengineering technology and ship pollution, and carries out countermeasures analysis from the point of view of different ship pollution from the application of bioengineering technology, including the prevention and control of sewage pollution, white pollution, solid waste pollution and so on, in order to prevent pollution, improve the marine environment and promote the early overcoming of ship pollution problems.
