性信息素对荔枝异形小卷蛾触角电位反应和诱捕效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用Z8-12AC,E8-12AC,Z8-12OH,Z7-12AC等4种性信息素组分,应用昆虫触角电位仪检测性信息素对荔枝异形小卷蛾成虫触角的电生理活性,并利用配制的性信息素诱芯结合诱捕器开展诱捕试验,以期寻找具有明显诱捕效果的最佳性信息素组分配方。结果表明:筛选出荔枝异形小卷蛾最优的性信息素二元组分为Z8-12AC+Z8-12OH,三元组分为Z8-12AC++Z8-12OH+Z7-12AC,并制作了相应的诱芯,还发现了E8-12AC的加入导致了其他性信息素组分对雄成虫的触角电位反应值减小,同时也弱化了主成分Z8-12AC引诱雄成虫的效果。上述性信息素引诱剂对雄成虫诱捕效果很好,但是对雌成虫的诱捕效果不好。同时,建议制作荔枝异形小卷蛾成虫的性信息素引诱剂中不加入E8-12AC;采用性信息素最优的二元组分配方的效果性价比最高。 In this study,we aimed to evaluate the electrophysiological(EAG)response to and trap efficiency of four sex pheromone components,namely,Z8-12AC,E8-12AC,Z8-12OH,and Z7-12AC,using Cryptophlebia ombrodelta adults in order to identify a multicomponent mixture with the best trap efficiency.The results showed that the best sex pheromone blends were the optimal binary components(Z8-12AC and Z8-12OH)and ternary components(Z8-12AC,Z8-12OH,and Z7-12AC),and were used as lures.We found that the EAG response of male flies was decreased when E8-12AC was added;it also weakened the trap efficiency of Z8-12AC.The trap efficiency of lures was good against male flies,but poor against female flies.Overall,E8-12AC should not be added to the lures of C.ombrodelta.The binary components were found to be the most cost-effective lure.
