摘要
结晶度是指聚合物中结晶区域所占的比例,其大小对材料的光学性能和力学性能有着极大的影响。本文利用差式扫描量热仪(DSC),对多层共挤吹塑薄膜的后结晶行为进行深入分析,并对其后结晶行为产生的性能影响进行总结,以更好地指导半成品的后续加工及产品应用。
Crystallinity refers to the proportion of the crystallization area in the polymer,and its size has a great influence on the optical and mechanical properties of the material.In this paper,differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)is used to make an in-depth analysis of the crystallization behavior of multilayer co-extrusion blown films,and to summarize the influence of the subsequent-crystallization behavior on the properties,so as to better guide the subsequent-processing of semi-finished products and product application.
