我国西部学前师范生协同培养质量评估工具编制与现状分析 被引量:4

Establishment and Current Situation Analysis of Quality Assessment Tools for the Pre-school Normal Students’ Co-cultivation in Western China

摘要 为探究学前师范生协同培养质量的有效因子,科学评估我国西部地区学前师范生协同培养质量,选取我国西部地区473名学前师范生进行调查,通过对数据的分析和验证,研制出《我国西部学前师范生协同培养质量评估工具》。该工具信度为0.94,效度为0.93,具有良好的特性。采用该问卷对我国西部地区学前师范生协同培养质量进行调查,结果显示:在高校层面,学前教师和协同导师配备、教师协助学生解决问题的能力以及协同部门设置得分最低;在学生层面,学生对学前专业的知识与技能转化、学生的实践就业意向和课题论文合作情况得分最低;在企业层面,协作模式得分最低。对此,在高校层面,应积极创建协同培养平台,加强师资队伍建设,促进幼儿教师间的实践协作;在学生层面,应注重学生在幼儿园的实践与体验,加强双方的科研合作;在企业层面,应创建多元协作模式,明确协同培养方向,深化校企沟通,从而有效提升协同培养质量。 In order to explore the effective factors of pre-school normal students’co-cultivation quality and scientifically evaluate the quality of pre-school normal students’co-cultivation in western China,473 pre-school normal students in western China were selected for the investigation.Through the analysis and verification of data,a tool for evaluating the quality of pre-school normal students’co-cultivation in western China was established.The reliability and validity of the tool are 0.94 and 0.93,which have good characteristics.The questionnaire was used to investigate the quality of preschool normal students’co-cultivation in western China.The results show that at the university level,the allocation of pre-school teachers and collaborative tutors,the ability of teachers to assist students in solving problems and the setting of collaborative departments scored the lowest;at the student level,students scored the lowest on the transformation of knowledge and skills of preschool majors,students’practical employment intention and the cooperation of topic papers;at the enterprise level,the collaboration mode has the lowest score.As a result,at the university level,a collaborative training platform for teachers should be actively created,the practical collaboration between kindergarten teachers to be strengthened.At the student level,the attention should be focus on the practice and experience of students in kindergartens,the scientific research cooperation between the two sides to be strengthened.At the enterprise level,a multi-collaborative mode should be created,the direction of collaborative training to be clarified,the communication between schools and enterprises to be deepened,so as to effectively improve the quality of collaborative training.
