摘要
随着产能的提升,贵冶1#闪速炉余热锅炉的热负荷在不断上升,其出口烟气温度也在逐年攀升,曾一度超过设计值,给锅炉系统的安全运行带来隐患。引入燃气脉冲除尘装置,可提高锅炉对流部的除尘效率,从根本上解决了锅炉出口烟气温度偏高的问题,使锅炉系统较好地满足了高装入量下的生产要求。
As the capacity increases,the thermal load of the waste heat boiler of No.1 flash furnace in Guixi Smelter has been rising continuously,the temperature of flue gas at the out-let has also been rising year by year,even beyond the designed point,which is a hidden trouble for safe operation of the boiler.The application of gas pulse soot-blower can improve the dusting efficiency of the convection,which fundamentally solved the problem of high temperature of flue gas at the out-let of the boiler.And it can make the boiler better meets the production requirements.
