探讨弹力纤维在乳腺肿瘤细胞外基质中的表达差异 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究乳腺良、恶性肿瘤细胞外基质中弹力纤维含量,分析良恶性乳腺肿瘤细胞外基质中弹力纤维的表达差异。方法对解放军总医院第一医学中心2014年5月-2015年8月49例确诊为良、恶性乳腺肿瘤患者的肿瘤标本以醛品红法染色,采用显微图像分析系统(Lecia Q500 MC;Cambridge,UK)定量分析切片细胞外基质中弹力纤维面积,比较其在良恶性肿瘤中含量差异。结果恶性组26例,年龄35~71(46.5±7.7)岁,良性组23例,年龄31~72(38.3±11.9)岁。恶性组主要为浸润性导管癌(n=18),良性组主要为纤维腺瘤(n=12)。良性肿瘤细胞外基质中弹力纤维面积为(9257.5±2392.8)μm2,恶性组为(14384.4±2853.7)μm^2,恶性组肿瘤细胞外基质中弹力纤维含量显著高于良性组肿瘤(P<0.05)。结论良、恶性乳腺肿瘤细胞外基质中弹力纤维含量存在较大差异,恶性病例中弹力纤维含量更高。 Objective To explore the differential expression of elastin in extracellular matrix in benign versus malignant breast lesions.Methods From May 2014 to August 2015,49 breast tumor tissue specimens from 49 patients who admitted to the first medical center of Chinese PLA General Hospital were collected and stained with aldehyde fuchsin.Image-Pro Plus 5.1 software was used to quantitatively analyze the expression level of elastin.Results There were twenty-six patients with malignant tumor(aging 35 years to 71 years,46.5±7.7 years)and 23 patients with benign tumor(aging 31 years to 72 years,38.3±11.9 years).The major pathological type was invasive ductal carcinoma(n=18)in malignant tumors and fibroadenoma(n=12)in benign tumors.The area of elastin deposited on ECM in malignant lesions was(14384.4±2853.7)μm^2,which was significantly larger than that of benign lesions(9257.5±2392.8)μm^2(P=0.000).Conclusion Extra-cellular matrix components such as elastin are significant higher in malignant breast compared to benign lesions.
