海南服务贸易创新发展需要具有国际化视野、跨领域跨行业的复合型专业人才。海南高校数量少,在服贸相关专业的人才培养上尚难以满足当前行业所需。海南高校要立足于当前经济社会发展实际及自身条件,创建服务贸易发展创新人才的国际合作路径。与国外高水平院校合作,立足于国际化视野,创新人才培养模式,提升学生的外语能力;通过与外方院校开展交换生计划、互派师资、创建海外实践通道创建国际化的学习及实践条件;与专业国际认证机构合作,将专业国际认真纳入服贸人才培养计划之中,使高校人才培养标准与国际认证体系相结合,提升人才培养的国际认可度。

The innovative development of service trade in Hainan needs interdisciplinary professionals with an international vision and cross-field and cross-industry.The number of colleges and universities is less in Hainan,and it is difficult to meet the needs of the current industry in the cultivation of talents in the field of service trade.Based on the current economic and social development realities and their own conditions,Hainan universities should create a path of international cooperation in the development of innovative talents in service trade.Cooperate with foreign high-level colleges and universities,based on international vision,innovate talent training m ode,and improve students'foreign lan-guage ability;By carrying out exchange program with foreign universities,exchanging teachers,establishing overseas practice channel and creating international study and practice conditions;In cooperation with professional international certification institutions,professional international is seriously included in the talent training plan for service trade,so as to combine the talent training standards of colleges and universities with the international certification system,and enhance the international recognition of talent training.
